Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that training involves physical contact, heavy equipment, and strenuous exertion. You voluntarily assume all risks of injury, including but not limited to bruises, cuts, sprains, fractures, or more serious injuries.
-
Medical Fitness: You declare that you are physically fit and have no medical condition (heart issues, respiratory issues, etc.) that would make training dangerous.

3. VISA SUPPORT SERVICES (DTV & ED)
We provide documentation to support applications for the Destination Thailand Visa (DTV) or Education Visa.
-
Role of the Academy: We provide the "Letter of Acceptance," "Course Curriculum," and "Business Registration (SAT/DBD)" proofs. We do not issue the visa ourselves.
-
Non-Refundable Policy: Fees paid for Visa Support Packages are 100% Non-Refundable. Once we issue the signed legal documents, our service is considered fulfilled.
-
We are not responsible if your visa is rejected due to your personal financial history, criminal record, or previous overstays.
-
-
Compliance: You agree to strictly follow Thai Immigration laws. Using our documents to obtain a visa without intending to train is a violation of our terms and may result in the cancellation of your sponsorship.
4. ACCOMMODATION & PROPERTY RULES
