From Bangkok to Kanchanaburi
Private Taxi or Grab You can book a private taxi or use the Grab app for a direct door-to-door journey from anywhere in Bangkok straight to the academy. Expect to pay around 1,500–2,500 THB, with a travel time of roughly 2–2.5 hours. This is the easiest and most convenient way!
Bus or Mini-Van Buses and mini-vans depart regularly from Bangkok's Southern Bus Terminal (Sai Tai Mai), with some services also available from Mo Chit Bus Terminal. The fare is around 120–180 THB and the journey takes 2–3 hours. You'll arrive at Kanchanaburi Bus Terminal in the town centre.
Train Trains depart from Thonburi Station in Bangkok twice daily on the Nam Tok line, which passes through Kanchanaburi. Train No. 257 leaves at 07:50 AM and Train No. 259 at 01:50 PM. The fare is approximately 100 THB and the ride takes around 3 hours, arriving at Kanchanaburi Railway Station. A scenic and memorable way to travel.
M81 Motorway (Bang Yai – Kanchanaburi) The new M81 motorway is now fully open, connecting Bangkok and Kanchanaburi. Tolls apply (up to 150 THB for the full journey from Bang Yai to Kanchanaburi) and payment is available via the M-Flow automatic system or cash at exit gates. This is the fastest and most convenient option if you're driving or hiring a private car.
From Kanchanaburi Town to the Academy
The academy is located within Mueang Kanchanaburi District, just a short ride from the town centre.
Taxi or Grab Taxis and Grab rides are available at the bus terminal, railway station, and around town. The ride costs around 80–150 THB and takes 5–15 minutes. Please double-check the address to avoid any confusion with similar names.
Rental Car or Motorbike Rental cars and motorbikes are available locally for those who prefer to explore independently. Motorbike rentals may also be available directly at the academy, subject to availability — just ask us and we'll help arrange it.
